Fun Fact: This Stella dress has wicked shoulder pads! And I love the how embellished it is! It kind of reminds me of something Kim Basinger would wear in the 90's from her movie The Getaway. She wears fancy dresses during the day just to wear them and she doesn't do her hair! So thats what I did with this look. I didn't blow-dry my hair I just wore it naturally (no product) and put on a chic chic dress! Disclaimer: This hair effect is the best in the summer time when you can get "swimming pool hair" or beach hair! Hahaha! Pin It Now!
