Toronto Magic!

It's those Yorkville Days! Runnin' around the city! Lately, we've been really in to baggy pants and stripes. Harry Potter/Miu Miu vibes and rockin' some vintage (like usual) with some relaxed khaki's or baggy pants.  It's a little prep mixed with that summer vibe but it's not quite summer yet here in Toronto. Some days are super hot and lately its been a bit chilly. Hope you are all enjoying that sunshine!

Coach Fall/Winter 2019 Fashion Show!

Neon green dinosaur sweaters, old school logo hip sacks, patchwork shearling jackets and studded rock n' roll Elvis heels are all so hella good... and sooooo Coach! In honour of the Coach fashion show today in New York, we are wearing all of our favourite pieces! The #CoachFW19 Fashion Runway Show is today at 2:00PM at the American Stock Exchange. Miraj Hammam Spa by Caudalie Paris!

We went to the newly renovated Miraj Hammam Spa by Caudalie  at the Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto for the most relaxing facial ever. The Moroccan Vibe of the spa and the Caudalie products makes it our most favourite spa in the city.  Chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne greeted us as we walked in and we relaxed in our cozy robes before getting our facial. First, we went into the hot Hammam steam room that is so gorgeous and hot. We layed down our towels and let the steam go into our pores and completely zenned out. It relaxed our bodies and mind. Then we got the best facial in the city called the Caudalie Grand Facial using all Caudalie products for an hour. It's the kind of facial you never want to end. The Miraj Spa just re-opened with new renovations and a bigger manicure/pedicure station perfect for getting all the girls together for a party! We can't wait to go back!

Fun Fact: We love the Hello Kitty x Puma Collab! The matching red Kitty jumpsuits!!! EPIC! We are all about matching track suits and so it was a must that we shot in front of the CN Tower....Totally TEAM CANADA! We also added some fun SUPREME/Louis Vuitton face masks in to the mix!

We wanted to do super 90's shoot with our fav' photographer, Jaclyn Locke. We've worked together for years on many different projects and she always gets us. We always turn to Jaclyn to make our vision come true. We always get each other. Not only is she super talented, she is an amazing friend and we have sooo much fun dreaming up shoots together. So we wanted to try something new. This time we decided it wasn't about products or clothes, we just wanted to do a super 90's vibe photoshoot. We wanted the imperfect photos, the grainy feeling, the one shot.. that's it...kinda feel. Growing up, our grandfather would bring over Polaroid film and we would always take a million Polaroid pics of each other, our dogs and then stuff them in our makeup drawer. It was always sooo cool and funny, looking at those memories/pics years later and giggling at them. So this time, Jaclyn took her Instax camera and we went to town with it! We had so much fun taking pics together. We wanted it to be a bathroom/home personal kind of shoot and wanted it to look like those sister pictures we stuffed away in our makeup drawers to find years down the road. We only had one roll of black and white film and one roll of colourful film, so we had to be super specific on what we shot. We wanted to do a 'real" shoot and something that felt "so right now."
